Treatment of Choroid Plexus Tumors
Surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiation are the most important treatments. In the best case scenario, only a surgery is neccessary. Follow up brain imaging (MRI) will then asure the tumor did not come back. In the worst cases, all three treatments are necessary, sometimes even more than once.

CPT Registries and Studies
Two treatment studies recommend first treatment: The CPT-SIOP-2000 and the CPT-SIOP-2009 studies. A recurrence study is used when the tumor came back. A registration allows to enter information even when the patient did not follow the treatment recommendation. This website allows patients to donate information as family-registration.
